Showered With Healthy Treats

Hello all! Welcome back! So I have been blogging for about a month now, so I am still new to this & would love to have all the support I can get.  Eventually I would love for someone to write there own post on my blog, and get sponsors.  I would love to get new followers & have my button shown on YoUr blog, and of course I'd return the favor =)  I am in the process of making and designing a new button.
Also coming soon to Showered With Design- Daily Workouts, Recipes, Designs, and so much more to come!  I am really excited for what the future will bring to Showered with Design.

So this is going to be the start of my new daily things.  Today is Showered With Recipes.  Todays Recipe Homemade Greek Yogurt Parfait

{Ingredients }
1. Chobani - Plain Greek Yogurt (100 cal- this is for entire container. I used 1 cup)
2. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
3. 4 sliced strawberries
4. honey ( as much as you like- i used about 6 tsp- I love honey -- It also is a good source of vitamins & minerals, antidioxants, and has traces of protein)


It is a quick and easy healthy snack, great for when you are craving those sweets.  Try this instead of ice cream or fatty yogurts.  I am gonna try it and freeze it one day for a popscicle snack! yum!
