So this is going to be the start of my new daily things. Today is Showered With Recipes. Todays Recipe Homemade Greek Yogurt Parfait
{Ingredients }
1. Chobani - Plain Greek Yogurt (100 cal- this is for entire container. I used 1 cup)
2. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
3. 4 sliced strawberries
4. honey ( as much as you like- i used about 6 tsp- I love honey -- It also is a good source of vitamins & minerals, antidioxants, and has traces of protein)
It is a quick and easy healthy snack, great for when you are craving those sweets. Try this instead of ice cream or fatty yogurts. I am gonna try it and freeze it one day for a popscicle snack! yum!
